- Why doesn't the password I use to download DIBELS 6th Edition materials work to download the DIBELS Next materials?
- The DIBELS 6th Edition download site is hosted by the University of Oregon, for historical reasons. The DIBELS Next download site is hosted directly by DMG, the authors of DIBELS. Because we need to count DIBELS Next download users separately from 6th Edition download users, you will need to sign up and receive a new password to access the DIBELS Next materials. To sign up, visit https://dibels.org/next/index.php. There is a sign-up link directly beneath the login form.

- When will online training be available for DIBELS Next?
- The DIBELS Next Transition Workshop is available now. The Transition Workshop is
designed for trained 6th Edition users who need to update their training for DIBELS Next.
The DIBELS Next Essential Workshop is designed for users who are new to DIBELS or who would like a more in-depth refresher.
We do not yet have a timeline for when it will be available.
- I read on the DIBELS Next announcement that DIBELS Next reporting through the DIBELS Data System will be limited for the 2010-2011 school year. Which reports will be available?
- DMG is not affiliated with the DIBELS Data System. We recommend contacting them directly at support@dibels.uoregon.edu for any questions related to DIBELS Next reporting.
- Where can I find technical adequacy information for the DIBELS Next measures?
- A DIBELS Next Technical Adequacy Supplement is available from DMG's website at http://dibels.org/. The supplement summarizes data from the DIBELS Next Technical Manual, which will be available in January of 2011.
